UC Riverside Transfer Admission Guarantee

Although all the UCs use the same TAG form, you must fill out a separate sheet for each UC.

Please fill the above form using Adobe Reader, and print it out before meeting with a counselor.

IMPORTANT: In addition to the above PDF Form, you also need to fax in a copy of UC Riverside's transfer Evaluation Form, which you can download at their Transfer Admission Guarantee website. If you do not have access to a fax machine, please bring your evaluation form to the Transfer & Career Center, and our staff will help you fax it.

** Please note that you cannot save the form data on the PDF forms. Make sure you allow enough time to finish the entire form before printing it out. For security reasons, please make sure to use the Adobe Reader program to fill in each form. To do this, right click on the link to the PDF form, and click "save target as" or "save link as", then open from where you have saved the file with Adobe Reader.
