Transfer Admission Agreements The Transfer Center can help you obtain guaranteed admission with the universities listed below. Generally, you must fill out a Transfer Admission agreement the academic year before you plan to transfer-filing deadlines are below. Steps for completing a Transfer Admission agreement
Feel free to drop in on one of our Transfer and TAA/TAG Workshops this Fall! Please click on the link of the university you plan to transfer to in order to find out more information about paperwork you need to fill out. You will need the free Adobe Reader program to open these files. If you are not able to install Adobe Reader on your computer, please come in to the Transfer & Career Center, and use one of our computers to complete and print the PDF files. IMPORTANT: Please note that you cannot save the form data on the PDF forms. Make sure you allow enough time to finish the entire form before printing it out. For security reasons, please make sure to use the Adobe Reader program to fill in each form. To do this, right click on the link to the PDF form, and click "save target as" or "save link as", then open from where you have saved the file with Adobe Reader. Download Adobe Reader for free here:
