4.

5.

Attend an Education Plan workshop. The schedule is here and information on counseling services is here.

7.

Register for classes and pay fees. An online tutorial for registration is available here. More registration information is available here.

Continuing Students, or new students taking 1-2 classes with no prerequisites and no math or English

Follow steps 1, 2 and 7 above.

Concurrent High School Students

Tuition is free! (Mandatory student fees still apply.) Click here for information on taking Cabrillo classes while you are still in high school.

1.

You will need to apply each semester (Step 1 above) as a new student while you are in high school. You will receive an email within a week containing your WEBAdvisor user ID, Cabrillo ID, and registration date.

2.

Before you register, you will need to turn in to Cabrillo a concurrent enrollment form signed by your high school and your parent. Find it here in English and here in Spanish. The form explains where to submit it online or in person.

3.

If you are taking an English or math class, or one that has prerequisites, you will need to take an assessment test (step 4 above). Be sure to check here for more information on English and math placement.

4.

Register for classes (step 7 above). You will need your WebAdvisor ID and Cabrillo ID from the email you received after applying. (If you forget your WebAdvisor ID, you can click on "what's my user ID" to find it, as long as you have either your SSN or Cabrillo ID.) Your initial password will be your birth date in mmddyy format, and you will need to reset it. (HINT: If you use your high school ID as your password, it may be easier to remember.)

5.

Payment: You do not have to pay tuition fees if you have submitted your high school concurrent enrollment form, although they will be reflected in your balance until they are waived by the system. You WILL have to pay all the required student fees (not tuition). The only fee that you may decline is the $10 Student Activity Card fee. If you choose not to pay this fee, it must be declined when you register.
