Worksheet 1 - Student Profile

Directions:

Activity #1 User Name & Password

You will need to use the"lookup" program in class or in the CTC (Computer Technology Center, building 1400) to create your semester username and password by the end of the first week.

  • (on or off-campus) Go to Blackboard Or CTC Website and entering your own information (you will need your Student ID#)
    • Click on the "Lookup username and password" link on the left.
    • Enter "Last Name"
    • Enter "Date of Birth" (MMDDYY)
    • Enter "Student ID" or Datatel ID (NOT SS#)
    • Enter password (student creates their own password; Note: if you forget your password repeat these steps and create a new one)
    • Submit (click once and wait!)

Note 1: The campus Network Computers, Hawknet, and Blackboard accounts are the same Login.

Note 2: The room 515 laptops require you to start them by using the Login 515, 515. THEN, when you open a browser you will prompted to enter your student account login to access the Internet via Hawknet wireless.

Please fill out the following form onscreen and click on the button at the end of the form when finished. Be sure to answer all questions. Do not send the form more than once, please, unless it is necessary due to errors.
