 Worksheet #1 - Create Login; Student Profile
Activity #1 User Name & Password

You will need to use a "lookup" program in class or in the CTC (Computer Technology Center, building 1400) to lookup your permanent username and password by the end of the second week when the temporary username and password will no longer work.

You can look up your permanent username & password by:

  • (on or off-campus) Go to Blackboard Or CTC Website and entering your own information (you will need your Student ID#)
    • Click on the "Lookup username and password" link on the left.
    • Enter "Last Name"
    • Enter "Date of Birth" (MMDDYY)
    • Enter "Student ID" or Datatel ID (NOT SS#)
    • Enter password (student creates their own password; Note: if you forget your password repeat these steps and create a new one)
    • Submit (click once and wait!)
  • (on campus only) Open Internet Explorer on the computer desktop in either the classroom or at the CTC  and type: lookup, in the browser's URL location window to get your user name and password.

Note 1: The campus Network Computers, Hawknet, and Blackboard accounts are the same Login.

Note 1: The room 515 laptops require you to start them by using the Login 515, 515. THEN, when you open a browser you will prompted to enter your student account login to access the Internet via Hawknet wireless.
