Activity 1

Directions:
1. Design a brochure for 8 1/2 x 11 size paper, both sides, 1 or two folds.

Your Company is: Razz-Ma-Tazz Frozen Deserts, Inc. a nonprofit corporation created to employ people in Santa Cruz County. You will hire only Cabrillo College students.

Your Product is: Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream with real Raspberry topping, a topping made with locally grown, real raspberries. The topping features whole and chunks of raspberries in a natural syrup. The Ice Cream is whipped with less air for a heavier/smoother creamy consistency. I comes in 4 & 8 ounce plastic cups with a domed top.

Your Market is: Local chain grocery stores, small local grocery stores, health-food stores and groceries.

Your Objective is: create interest in the product and generate sales calls and visits to the retailer, thus increasing sales to your target market.


Some Strategies Are: Holiday theme, year round sales, focus on parents, or something even better.
