Our Permanent Rental Management program includes advertising for and screening of potential tenants based on verifying employment, running a credit check and calling on previous and current rental references. Most property managers do not go to this length to verify a tenants qualifications.  We understand that a permanent rental can lose any gained profit on one turnover this being the case we strive to link your investment with a long term, financially sound tenants. Being local residents ourselves we are very concerned with the physical condition and appearance of our rental properties.  We feel strongly that proper maintenance is the best way to insure a solid investment.  When you are ready to buy or sell your investment we are members of the local multiple listing service and have complete use of their marketing facilities.  We would be happy to answer any questions you have about purchasing or selling a home in Tahoe.
