This large cabin style vacation home is a skiers paradise, you can cross-country ski right out the back door. It is also wonderfully located on the edge of Forest Service just over a mile from the Casinos, Heavenly and the lake. The home has a huge living/dining room with a large fireplace and high ceilings. It's a great place for family and friends to gather together. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath (with the kitchen dividing the bedrooms with a full bath off of each bedroom). It will comfortably sleep 8 people in beds (2 queens, 2 twins/bunkbeds, 1 queen size sofa sleeper). Rates range from $80.00 a night up to $275.00 for some holiday time periods.

Off Season Rates        $90.00 a night for weekends
Off Season Rates        $80.00 a night for lengthy stays
On Season Rates        $125.00 a night for weekends
On Season Rates        $110.00 a night for lengthy stays

Holiday Rates            $150.00 a night (usually a 4 night minimum)
Christmas Rates        $175.00 a night (usually a 5 - 7 night minimum)
New Years Rates      $275.00 a night (7 night minimum)

Please be sure to add the 10% tax (transient occupancy tax required by the city) and a $65.00 cleaning charge per stay. (75.00 cleaning charge for lengthy stays.)
