We work with the individual owners of a local timeshare complex located about a mile from the Casino's & Heavenly. Two of the larger Casinos run a shuttle bus to & from the complex for your convenience. Each unit has 1 bathroom, color TV, cable hook-up, phone, VCR and a fully stocked kitchen with all linens supplied for the unit. There is also a washer/dryer on sight for your use during certain hours of the day. Since the units are timeshares they are kept up very well and are being upgraded on a continual basis. They have a large deck with BBQ's for your use and it is surrounded by a small portion of Forest Service land. Some units have a view of Heavenly and the complex is less than a mile from the Casino's.
The complex is called "Paradise Timeshares" and we work closely with the Manager - Pearl Olsen. We can usually do special requests (such as a downstairs unit), but absolutely no pets are allowed. Pearl does a wonderful job keeping the complex in a clean state for your vacation enjoyment.
Rates are based on space available and what an owner requests for their unit (be it a studio, 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom). Sometimes this can be the best deal since owners can set lower rates if they desire and cleaning charges are greatly reduced.
Please be sure to add the 10% tax (transient occupancy tax required by the city) and a $25.00 cleaning charge per stay.
