This two story vacation cabin is located in a nice older neighborhood only 7 blocks from the lake. There is a large fenced yard along with a large deck and is only 1 and 1/2 miles from the casinos and Heavenly Valley. For groups or families traveling together we have a Charming Tahoe Cabin on the same street.  There is boat access nearby along with bike and rollerblade rental. Tahoe's community recreation center is also nearby with a weight room and a public pool.  This cabin has 3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths and will sleep 6 people in beds comfortably (2 doubles, 2 twins).  Amenities are wood stove, 2 TV's, VCR, phone, microwave.

Holiday Rates                    $125.00 a night (usually a 4 night minimum)
Christmas Rates                $175.00 a night (usually a 5 -7 night minimum)
New Years Rates              $225.00 a night (7 night minimum)

Please be sure to add the 10% tax (transient occupancy tax required by the city) and a $65.00 cleaning charge per stay. (75.00 cleaning charge for lengthy stays.)
