This is a cute 1 bedroom one bath cabin on a cul-de-sac.  It is perfect for the small family on a budget since it will sleep up to 7 people in beds.  (1 double, 1 twin and 2 double sofa sleepers)  It has recently been remodeled and has a color TV with cable hook up and a VCR and all the linens are included.  This cabin is located about a mile from the Casinos & Heavenly and less than a mile to the lake with a playground nearby.  Rates range from $50.00 a night up to $175.00 for some holiday time periods.

Off Season Rates        $55.00 a night for weekends
Off Season Rates        $50.00 a night for lengthy stays
On Season Rates        $65.00 a night for weekends
On Season Rates        $60.00 a night for lengthy stays

Holiday Rates            $75.00 a night (usually a 4 night minimum)
Christmas Rates         $125.00 a night (usually a 5 - 7 night minimum)
New Years Rates      $175.00 a night (7 night minimum)

Please be sure to add the 10% tax (transient occupancy tax required by the city) and a $65.00 cleaning charge per stay.  (75.00 cleaning charge for lengthy stays.)
