This is that perfect vacation cabin in the woods. High ceilings in a "Great Room" with an open floor plan (kitchen/dining/living room) and a large fireplace makes it an ideal gathering place for family and friends. Located less than a mile from Heavenly near the top of the Ski Run. It has 2 bedrooms and a loft with 1 bathroom and can sleep 8 people comfortably in beds (2 queens, 2 twins, 1 double). Amenities include a washer/dryer, dishwasher, fireplace, color TV, VCR, cable hook-up, phone and microwave and it also has a large deck (pictured above). Rates range from $75.00 a night up to $250.00 for some holiday time periods.

Off Season Rates    $80.00 a night for weekends
Off Season Rates    $75.00 a night for lengthy stays
On Season Rates    $115.00 a night for weekends
On Season Rates    $100.00 a night for lengthy stays

Holiday Rates $125.00 a night (usually a 4 night minimum)
Christmas Rates $175.00 a night (usually a 5 - 7 night minimum)
New Years Rates $250.00 a night ( 7 night minimum)

Please be sure to add the 10% tax (transient occupancy tax required by the city) and a $65.00 cleaning charge per stay. (75.00 cleaning charge for lengthy stays.)
