Holiday Rates            $500.00 a night (usually a 4 night minimum)
Christmas Rates         $500.00 a night (usually a 5 - 7 night minimum)
New Years Rates      $500.00 a night (7 night minimum)

Please be sure to add the 10% tax (transient occupancy tax required by the city) and a $100.00 cleaning charge per stay.  (110.00 cleaning charge for lengthy stays.)
