Online Orientation Form

You must fill out this form and submit it ASAP! You have online HW due Wednesday, Feb 13. Once you submit this form you will be given the course id that you need to get an account in Coursecompass. It is given in the "Thank You" page you see after submitting the form-make sure you get the course id from that page!

Please keep the answers as short as possible and as clear as possible. I know some things might still be fuzzy until you actually get to 'play around' in the Coursecompass site. Just answer the questions as best you can. I will follow up with a short questionnaire after the start of the semester.

You must answer ALL the questions or your form will not go through.
