As a signatory of the The American College & University Presidents Climate Commitment, Cabrillo College must develop a comprehensive plan to achieve climate neutrality as soon as possible. This will entail completing an inventory of all current campus greenhouse gas emissions and updating the inventory every other year.
We plan to assess:
Energy
Transportation
Food
Waste
Water
Built environment
Purchasing
Curriculum
Action Plan
Once the inventory is complete, an action plan will be created to set goals and recommend actions toward zero carbon emissions.
