1. Create a plan to achieve neutrality.
a. Create institutional structures for plan
b. Inventory greenhouse gas emissions.
c. Develop an action plan for change.

2. Initiate two or more of these actions while plan is being made:
a.
Establish policy for all new building to be green and LEED silver certified.
b. Purchase Energy Star certified products.
c. Offset all greenhouse gas created due to institutional air travel.
d. Encourage use and provide access to public transit for students, faculty, staff and visitors.
e. Within one year, purchase or produce 15% of campus electricity from renewable sources.
f. Support sustainable shareholder proposals at companies where our endowment is invested.
g. Participate in the Waste Minimization component of RecycleMania and adopt 3 or more measures to reduce waste.
3. Make the action plan, inventory and progress reports publicly available.
