June 11: Henry Cowell's State Park from Graham Hill Rd. Meet at Jade Street Park parking lot next to tennnis courts)
June 25: Nisene Marks State Park (meet at Cabrillo Tennis Courts, Parking Lot K)
July 9: Delaveaga Wilderness (from N. Branciforte Ave)
July 23: Wilder State Park (from main parking lot within Wilder)July 30: Medicine Buddha of Soquel (meet at Food Market on the corner of Soquel Drive and Main Streets in Soquel)
August 6: San Lorenzo River via Pogonip (meet on Golf Club Drive near trestle)
No class June 18, July 2, July 16

Adequate hiking shoes, water, energy snacks, sunblock, hat, layers of light clothing and insect repellent are required.
Caution: We will be near poison oak, ticks and yellow jackets on some of our hikes. Be sure to use an insect repellent, check yourself over for ticks and shower and wash your clothes (including shoes) after each hike. Effective insect repellents can be found at local health food stores and places like Outdoor World. Avoid Deet-based repellents (like "Off") since they are toxic.
