The official story:
INSTRUCTOR Phil Kaplan has been teaching volleyball for over 25 years and was a former ranked beach player. He has Masters Degrees in Physical Education and Sports Psychology, is nationally certified CAP Level II by the U.S. Volleyball Association and was named Pacific Coast and Northern California Coach of the Year. He is also an avid hiker.
