We meet each Friday at 9:00 AM for all hikes and leave soon after. Do not be late! If you are meeting us at the hike site you will need to consult with me ahead of time as to the location and time. Always check my message machine (477-5201 X1529) for daily updates.

September 2: Orientation at Cabrillo gymnasium

September 9: Fall Creek (meet at Cost Plus or Felton-Empire park entrance)

September 16: Wilder Ranch 1 (meet at Cost Plus or main parking lot at Wilder)

September 23: Nisene Marks 1 (meet at Cabrillo tennis courts)

September 30: Pogonip 1 (meet at Cost Plus)

October 7: UCSC (meet at Cost Plus or top of Spring St.)

October 14: Moore Creek (meet at Cost Plus or Delaware St. near Antonelli Pond)

October 21: NIsene Marks 2 (meet at Cabrillo tennis courts)

October 28: Wilder Ranch 2 (meet at Cost Plus or 4-Mile Beach parking lot on Hwy 1)

November 4: Land of Medicine Buddha (meet at Cabrillo tennis courts)

November 11: Holiday

November 18: Henry Cowell’s (meet at Cost Plus)

November 25: Holiday

December 2: Wilder Ranch 3 (meet at Cost Plus or Hwy 1 pullout at Wilder main entrance)

December 9: Gray Whale (meet at Cost Plus)

December 16: DeLaveaga and the Santa Cruz Circle Trail (meet at Cost Plus)

We may encounter poison oak, ticks, wasps and mosquitoes on our hikes. Light colored lightweight long pants and insect repellent are highly advised. Bring plenty of water and energy snacks and wear sunscreen. Good footwear is required.
