Indoor Volleyball

Hiking
Monday Mornings (9:00-1:00 pm)
6 weeks. Starts June 22. First class meets at Cabrillo gymnasium.
5-8 miles with a 20-minute per mile pace

Cost for classes is approximately $40 to $52 with a nonresident or health fee added in some cases. Classes fill quickly and pre registration is required. Cabrillo College allows a student to take 4 semesters of a particular Physical Education class (all levels combined) after which requires auditing on the part of the student. Give the instructor a call for more information or if you would like to drop in on a class currently in session. Some start dates may vary slightly due to scheduling changes. Fall classes include beach volleyball on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons, evening indoor volleyball, and hiking classes. More complete information will be available later.
Doubles Beach Tournaments
"No Attitudes Allowed" sand tournaments take place monthly at Main Beach in Santa Cruz. Most tournaments feature categories for men and coed and occasionally women. Cost is $35 per team for a whole day of competitive volleyball and the opportunity to meet players at the intermediate/advanced level of play. Pre registration is required through our website. These tournaments were a great success last year and enjoyed by all who participated--just ask them!
