Students must have a COVID-19 cleared status to register for any classes with an in-person component
Visit Student Health Services to:
upload your vaccination card
make a appointment to get vaccinated
request an accommodation
There is a clearance process and it may take a few days.
Once your both vaccination card and release form are received, Student Health Services will review for completion and clear students to register in the order they are received. Please contact Student Health Services if you do not see your vaccination clearance in your Student Health Portal after four (4) business days.
