Are you curious about wine and career opportunities in the wine industry?

Or, already fascinated and looking for continuing education or professional development?

Each class in our inspired program focuses on wine in unique ways—from sensory evaluation of wine to the basics of wine service, winemaking, viticulture, and specific geographical regions of the world. The world of wine is waiting for you at Cabrillo College. Cabrillo College now offers a 1-year Certificate of Achievement in Wine Studies and a 2-year Associates Degree of Science in Wine Studies. Classes are taught by leading wine industry professionals, who bring all aspects of their profession into the classroom, to explore a world of wine that is vast and ever changing.
