Emergency Preparedness


Cabrillo College is committed to being prepared to deal quickly and efficiently with emergencies for the benefit of everyone on campus.  Effective emergency response planning and training also ensures that Cabrillo will be an asset to the community in the event of a serious, county-wide emergency.  

Cabrillo’s emergency response authority and basic guidelines come from the Disaster Policy as approved by the Governing Board.  Additional information can be found in the Emergency Response Plan binders provided to all members of the Incident Command Team as well as selected members of the administration and faculty.
