Edmundo Rodriguez is an adjunct Criminal Justice instructor. He is currently the Director of Risk Management for Goodwill Central Coast, a charity organization with a mission of creating jobs. He is a retired Chief of Police serving the Marina Police Department for ten years. He became a police officer in 1984, starting his career with the Watsonville Police Department where he served as a field training officer, detective, gang officer and a patrol and community services sergeant. As a captain he commanded the Support Services and Investigations divisions.

He earned a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Golden Gate University; a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management from Saint Mary’s College, and Associate of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Cabrillo College. He is also a graduate of the FBI’s National Academy.
