With Cabrillo College since 2014

I've always been fascinated by learning and using three dimensional technology: mechanisms, digital modeling, animation, machining, and 3D printing. At various times I've been a furniture designer/maker, a product designer, a digital modeler/animator, and now .. all of the above and more.

I teach at Cabrillo College and at UCSC in the School of Engineering. My Cabrillo classes are DM72 (2D animation) in the Spring of each year and ETech40 (3D modeling/ animation) in Fall. Students are introduced not just to professional software but the history, conventions, techniques, and potential of the subject. The emphasis is to teach students practical design based skills that they can use to create effective, professional digital models and animations for themselves and their clients. This is a wonderful time for the creative professions - join these classes to learn how to use contemporary technology to change our world.
