BIO: Sharon Took-Zozaya's choreography has been shown across Scotland, in the USA and Mexico, and selected for events such as the premiere Santa Cruz Fringe Festival, sjDANCEco Choreo Awards, Renaud Wilson Festival, West Wave Festival, So Wat Now? Festival and the Monterey Dance Fest. She has received several Scottish Arts Council grants, and support from other national and local organizations.

In addition to her own work, she has performed with The Dance House Company, Crash Burn and Die Dance Company, Nita Little's Mind in Motion, Atelier 5 and in Sarah Wilbourne's White Album. In 2016 she choreographed and danced the title role of Rumi in Rumi on Stage directed by Suzanne Sturn at the Actors Theatre and has been invited to play Howie in Our Town next spring.

Sharon teaches mainstream and disabled students in a variety of professional, university, college, and community contexts in the USA and abroad. As well as Cabrillo College classes, she currently teaches for the Adaptive Yoga Project, Dominican Hospital's PEP program, Creative Dance and Movement, and the Cabrillo Stroke Center.

She is a Master Mentor for the Academy for College Excellence (ACE) and a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) in private practice.
