Do what you love, love what you do!

I look forward to our semester of learning about nutrition. I am an active participant of my catch-phrase "eat well, play fit," and hope you will be encouraged to do so, too. Knowledge is power, but behavior modification only comes with constant effort and willingness to "just keep swimming," no matter which obstacles get in your way.

Much of our class content, including the syllabus, can be found in our Canvas account, available to you on the first day of school. You can access Canvas here:

I teach the Introduction to Nutrition (NUTR 20) class, face-to-face and online each semester, and summer, too.
I teach the Nutrition, Health and Wellness (NUTR 22) class online in the spring.
