You can submit a ticket thorugh the Canvas "Report a Problem" by clicking on the "Help" button in the Global Navigation menu.
You can access Canvas Support Chat from the "Help" button in Canvas 24 hours a day. You can also use the drop-in Zoom sessions or schedule a Zoom appointment with the TLC Support Technician.
The TLC can provide support for many instructional software (see below for examples). Please reach out to us via email, or use our TLC Request Form and select "Request Live Training." If the question is about Cabrillo issued hardware, aquiring software, network issues, or telephone service, the you may need to reach out to the IT Department.
