Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management (CAHM) provides students with culinary food preparation and service skills and food service management training, as well as many other industry opportunities. We have a diverse staff of experts in their field who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and launching the passions and careers of students from all backgrounds.
Students get involved with the CAHM to learn particular skills for a job or career path, but leave with a much wider view on what they can learn and accomplish in the culinary arts and hospitality industry. From World Wines to Chocolate, our classes are built to familiarize students with all the basics of their new field. For students looking to earn a Certificate of Proficiency or Associate Degree, CAHM is divided into four different programs: Cooking, Wine, Baking, and the transfer-focused Food Service Management program.
