All Cabrillo counselors can help you plan your transfer from Cabrillo to four-year colleges and universities. To make an appointment with a counselor about transfer, you may call the Counseling Office at (831) 479-6274 or the Transfer & Career Center at (831) 479-6385. Counseling is also available at the Watsonville Center, call (831) 786-4734 for an appointment.

Transfer Admission Agreements

The Transfer Center oversees the TAA and TAG program. Cabrillo students are able to write Transfer Admission Agreements (TAAs)for the CSU colleges and for several private colleges and Transfer Agreement Guarantees (TAGs) for the Univeristy of California colleges.

Visiting Representatives from Four-Year Colleges & Universities

Representatives from four-year colleges and universities meet with students individually and in group workshops during the Fall semester. Please call us at (831)479-6385 for our current schedule. You may also view our Transfer Events Calendar online.

 

Transfer Resource Library

Both paper and electronic resources are available to assist students in researching transfer colleges and universities, and their requirements. Several computer workstations are available for student research.

UC & CSU Application and Essay Workshops

UC and CSU application workshops are offered each fall semester to help you complete the admission application online. Essay workshops are posted on the Transfer Events Calendar.

The Transfer Center Director provides mediation and advocacy for students when conflicts arise in the transfer process.
