Special Registration Requests

Instructor Approved Registration

Registration with Add-Authorization

To add a course with an add-authorization, you must go to the class or email the instructor and ask to be granted an add authorization. Once the instructor grants the add-authorization, you can register for the course through Student Planning. Be sure to use the add authorization before the deadline. If you miss the deadline, the instructor will need to submit a Late-Add form on your behalf.

Registration with a Late-Add form

Late-add forms are submitted by instructors to Admissions and Records via eforms. It may take 1-10 business days to process these forms.

  • If you meet all the requirements and have no restrictions, we’ll register you for the class.

  • If there are issues such as restrictions, Admissions & Records will reach out to the student via email or phone. If the student does not take action, the form will be declined.

Reinstatement Form

If you accidentally dropped the course after it started, or the instructor mistakenly dropped you, the instructor needs to submit a reinstatement form via eforms to Admissions and Records. You will be reinstated into the course if approved.
