Each class in our inspired program focuses on wine in unique ways—from sensory evaluation of wine to the basics of wine service, winemaking, viticulture, and specific geographical regions of the world. The world of wine is waiting for you at Cabrillo College. Classes are taught by leading wine industry professionals, who bring all aspects of their profession into the classroom, to explore a world of wine that is vast and ever changing.
