Programs in this CAP explore cultures, people, and their activities so that you have the skills to solve problems, improve the quality of life for others, understand the past, and create innovative approaches to the future. This will prepare you for careers related to social justice, public policy, education, private counseling or social work.

The Student Senate represents and supports Cabrillo's student body with a dedication to providing an equitable and high-quality education. As a senator, you will hone your leadership skills, champion initiatives important to students, be a part of Cabrillo's Shared Governance and participate in Cabrillo 2030 Strategic Plan.
The Student Senate meets on Thursdays at 3:30PM. All meetings are open to the public.

Joining a club is a great way to enhance your college experience, build your resume and meet people with a shared interest. Clubs are governed by the Inner-Club Council, an extension of the Student Senate. Individual clubs are organized by students according to specialized fields of interest, academic majors, personal interest, or special service to the college or community. Each club meets regularly, manages a budget, and creates and hosts events throughout the year.
