Doctor of Management - Global Leadership and MBA
With Cabrillo College since 2020
Prior to teaching, I spent 30 years in private industry working for a global agriculture company. My specialty is strategic planning and intellectual property rights, particularly plant patents, plant breeders rights, registrations, and trademarks in the global community. I've also worked in the global world of trade compliance.
I enjoy collaborating with teams across scientific and business departments to drive enterprise strategies within the company and governmental agencies. My talent is establishing trusted relationships with colleagues and partnering with them to meet annual milestones and goals. Peers know me for taking charge of cross-company and cross-department operations and creating/introducing timelines, protocols, and workflows worldwide.
