AH-10: Appreciation/Introduction to the Visual Arts, S01 is a fully asynchronous course, taught online via Canvas. This class does not have set meeting times. Instead, you will log on to your course and work through class materials at your own pace this semester. Course content is organized in modules that may include readings, videos, quizzes, participation activities, and/or written assignments.
If you are enrolled in AH-10, Section 2 or AH-11...
AH-10: Appreciation/Introduction to the Visual Arts, S02 (Mondays and Wednesdays, 12:40 – 2:00 p.m.) and AH-11: Ancient Art (Mondays and Wednesdays, 11:10 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.) are in-person classes with set meeting times. We will meet together twice weekly in VAPA 1001.

Did you want to learn a little bit more about me?
I hold a PhD in History from Cardiff University in the United Kingdom and a Master's degree in History in Art from the University of Victoria in Canada, where I also completed my undergraduate degree. I joined the Art History Department at Cabrillo College in Fall 2018 and the History Department in Fall 2019. In addition to my classes at Cabrillo College, I also teach Art History at California State University, East Bay and have previously taught at Diablo Valley College. My academic research explores intercultural connections in the eastern Mediterranean during the period of the crusades.
