Julie Martinez-Lobato joined the Stroke and Disability Learning Center (SDLC) in 2024 as a Bilingual Program Associate. She has a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from California State University, Monterey Bay. She works with students at the SDLC learning basic computer and phone skills.
