Hello, I'm Morgan! This semester I am teaching American art history here at Cabrillo.

I recently completed my MA in Art History at CSU Long Beach with a concentration in the arts of North America and Latin America. I am specifically interested in researching the lived-in experiences of women artists in the nineteenth century through the examination of diverse media and literature. My MA thesis focused on the early work of May Alcott Nieriker (1840-1879) in Concord, Massachusetts.

I thoroughly enjoy discussing art history topics with college students and I look forward to working with you this semester.
