About Me

Hey there I’m Sam! A first-generation Latina from Modesto now living in Santa Cruz, currently continuing my education in business at Cabrillo College. I’m also a UC Master Gardener with a strong passion for lifelong learning, especially when it comes to plants, ecosystems, and the natural world. Outside of work and school, I enjoy gardening, hiking, and spending time caring for my indoor plant collection, two cats, and a nano fish tank. I’m always eager to keep learning and growing, both personally and professionally.
