I love teaching at Cabrillo because the community is welcoming, and the students are eager to learn. Dance can be taught in a way that enhances the mindful connection to the body, allowing each person to grow and get to know themselves deeper. Above all, we strive to get fitter, stronger, have fun, and make new friends.
