Stephanie has had a passion for movement and learning about movement all her life. She danced and went to graduate school at the University of London, Laban Centre as well as the California Institute of the Arts. She is also one of a few Master Trainers in the GYROTONIC(r) and GYROKINESIS(r) methods as well as Pilates and Imagery for dancers/athletes. Stephanie loves teaching and hopes to see you in her classes!
