Susan has directed piano studies at Cabrillo since 2007. She has performed and given workshops throughout the US, Canada, and Europe on topics such as music and brain development throughout life stages, learning styles, and classroom ecology. She is the author of two books, The Whole Musician: A Multi-Sensory Guide to Practice, Performance, and Pedagogy and The Whole Pianist, a textbook for college piano classes. Susan loves to help others develop their musicianship and share music in meaningful ways.
