I have worked in IT support since 1985 as the Founder/Owner of a pioneer desktop publishing company and Senior IT Manager at Synopsys Inc. for 23 years. I have been part of the HDI IT Support and Service Management professional association since 2000 and currently serve as President of the HDI San Francisco Bay Area Local Chapter. I have a BS/Teaching Credential from San Jose State University.
