My academic journey began at a community college, and I earned my Bachelor's from UC Berkeley with a double major in Music and Peace & Conflict Studies (Conflict Resolution emphasis). Prior to joining Cabrillo College, I worked in small to mid-sized startups and enterprise tech in roles ranging from tech support to web development and User Experience design. I am now working to bridge my technical background with my work in the TLC by learning about instructional design.

Music remains a central part of my life. I continue to study piano, and I sing with the Cabrillo College Symphonic Chorus. Outside of my 9 to 5, I enjoy being creative through knitting, crochet, illustration, and graphic design.

I am also still a community college student taking Vietnamese courses through the California Virtual Campus! I love to meet new people and chat about all things tech, creativity, and learning. Feel free to stop by the TLC or CTC and say hello sometime!
