Educational Justice Learning Lab

Purpose

EJLL is designed to build a professional community of educators focused on educational justice. This program is designed to cultivate a learning environment that embraces Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA). Our goal is to empower faculty with the knowledge and tools necessary to create inclusive, equitable, and culturally responsive classrooms that honor and uplift the diverse experiences of all students.

By participating in the EJLL, you will deepen your understanding of systemic inequities in higher education, engage in meaningful dialogue, expand your understanding of equity-focused theories, apply these insights to your teaching, and create a portfolio showcasing your progress designing a more inclusive and equitable classroom
