In the demanding and often relentless world of education, the act of rest is not a luxury—it is a form of resistance. Choosing to rest is a radical act of self-preservation that pushes back against a system that often undervalues the well-being of its most crucial players. Choosing rest allows us to show up as our best selves—more present, patient, and creative—for our students and for ourselves. Join us today in chosing rest as a form of resistance as La Lucha Sigue.
