This is a follow-up to "Program Planning with your Sanity in tact" session. Participants will work on setting goals, navigating the template, updating goal progress, adding action items and resource requests, and learn how to get more help. Pre-work for this event includes review Program Planning Guide, confirm eLumen long in as a Dept Coordinator, review goals, and have at least one draft action/resource request prepared.
Bring at least one draft resource request/idea with you.
