The signal-caller of the offense. The quarterback calls the plays and starts the action of every play. At camp, you will learn basic throwing mechanics, stance, dropbacks, ball handling, and much more!

This position is known as the pass catcher of the team. Run your route to perfection, and you’ll be a quarterback and coach’s best friend! If you’re speedy and can catch, this may be the position for you! Learn the basics of stance, start, route running, footwork, and catching.

The fastest, most athletic guys on the team. This player does it all! Run, catch, and even block, every team needs a great running back. Learn stance, ball security, footwork, blocking, and much more.

The most important position on the football field! If you’re big and strong, you’re going to love this position. There are five offensive linemen on the field at all times: The Left Tackle (LT), Left Guard (LG), Center (C), Right Guard (RG), and Right Tackle (RT). Learn the basics of stance, run blocking, pass blocking, and more!

The last line of defense on the field. Your job is to cover the wide receivers, break up the passes, and prevent scores if the offense gets past the defensive line and linebackers. Be the next lock-down defender by learning stance, reading offenses, backpedaling, coverages, plus much more.

The most fun position on the football field! This is the first line of defense against the offense. Typically, there are 4 defensive linemen in the game, including two Defensive Ends (DE) and 2 Defensive Tackles (DT). Their job is to beat the blockers and make the tackle against a runner or rush the passer and get the sack. Be the future pass rusher of your team by learning stance, get off, and some pass rush moves!

The quarterback of the defense! As the second line of defense against the offense, you’ll need to do it all on defense! From rushing the quarterback to covering a wide receiver, this position takes a lot of skill. Get a good start by learning the basics of stance, blitzing, and reading and reacting to offenses.
