What is Zoom?
Zoom is a video conferencing software that allows you to connect with students and colleagues.
CCCTechConnect is our partner Zoom service provider for the administrators, staff and faculty of the California Community colleges system. It gives users a licensed version of Zoom, which allows for longer Zoom sessions, among other features.
CCCTechConnect is funded by a grant from the California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office.

How To Get a Zoom Account
Your Cabrillo credentials should include a premium, no time limit Zoom account that can be access through Cabrillo's Okta dashboard. If you do not see a link to Zoom in your Okta dashboard, please submit an IT Support Ticket.
Please do not create a free Zoom account for your courses, as you will be limited to 40 minute meetings, and it does not follow Cabrillo's compliance standards.
Get Zoom training and earn flex credit through this free, one-hour training course.
Upon completion, submit an external Flex Credit request, and email the TLC to qualify for one hour of flex credit.
Looking for help with Zoom? The Zoom support website offers comprehensive help articles on many support topics. You can also request support from the TLC.
