The Cabrillo College English as a Second Language program serves both resident and foreign students from all over the world.
It is designed to prepare non-native speakers to succeed in regular academic and vocational classes by helping them read, write, comprehend, and speak American English from beginning to college level.
*Due to immigration regulations, students entering the U.S. under an F1 visa must first obtain a TOEFL test score of 450/133 or higher for admission to the college. The TOEFL is not required for permanent residents, U.S. citizens, or students with visa status other than F1. For more information, contact International Student Services.
