Role & Scope
Rooted in belonging, stability, and holistic well-being the Office of Student Retention & Success focuses on developing integrative academic interventions and wrap-around support
Identify major obstacles students may face during their academic journey such as, mental health counseling, accessibility support, food and housing insecurity, family duties/emergencies, burnout, and lack of motivation
Coordinated Care strategies and resource navigation to remove, and reduce barriers to graduation and success
Proactive outreach throughout the academic year to ensure students always have a way to be connected to support at Cabrillo College
Re-engagement to the College for students who have taken a leave of absence, returning to school after an extended period of time, needing resource navigation and coordinated care

Student Services Showcase
A chance for students to see the academic and student service resources offices who support them during their time at Cabrillo. Stop by the Student Services Showcase to collect your resources, build your support network to Survive the Semester! Students can enter a raffle and win prizes! Food, Drinks, and Fun will be available.
